AN ORDINANCE providing for the establishment
of a special fund to be known as the Counter-
cyclical Fund and authorizing transfer of re-
ceipted funds.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: A special fund is hereby established to
be known as the "Countercyclical Fund", for the purpose of receiving and
disbursing funds of the Countercyclical Anti Recessionary Funds.
SECTION 2: The City Treasurer is hereby authorized to
transfer Countercyclical Anti Recessionary Funds presently in the
General Fund to the Countercyclical Fund created hereby and all such
funds received in the future should be accounted for separately and
placed in the Countercyclical Fund.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this

by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
