AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps
according to Ordinance No. 1792 (Dean Dewell).
THE CITY OF B~RTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and hereby are ~ended in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter I thereof as follows:

Q The W 301.21 ft. of the S 1/2 of Lot 14, Manette

~ 19 ~ %';~ Plats, pg. 95, records of Kitsap Co.; EXCEPT:
· ~ the N 130 ft. of the E 75 ft. thereof, and
SUBJECT TO: an easement for access and utilities

ft. of the S 1/2 of said Lot 14, (excluding the

be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Residential-~o (R-2), subject to the following restrictions:
1, The site shall be developed essentially the same as shown
in the "Pine Villa Apts." site plan dated 4-15-77 except
as that plan need be modified to meet code requirements.
2. Parking areas shall be screened with a combination of
architectural (fence or wall) and vegetative material
along adjacent property lines.
3. Existing vegetation shall be retained except where buildings,
drives and walks are to be located.
4. The existing character of the area between the buildings
on the site plans shall be retained; no filling of this
area should occur.
5. All storm drainage possible should be directed to the storm
~ s~er in Pine Rd. Other drainage to be disposed of in a
manner approved by the City Engineer.
6. Fire hydrants to adequately serve the development shall be
placed as required by the Fire Dept.
~PROVED by the City Council on the ~ ~ reading this
day of August, 1977.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
