ORDINANCE NO. ~7~/
AN ORDINANCE amending the Land Use Restrictions
(Site Plan) adopted by Ordinance No. 2941 (James Skirving)
THE CITY OF B~MERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the Land Use Restrictions adopted by the
City of Bremerton in Ordinance No. 2941 are amended to read as
follows:
1. The water main be placed and the entire system will be
purchased by the abutting owners.
2. That a water hydrant will be installed at the abutting
o~ers expense.
3.That the abutting owners will be responsible for an
acceptable sewer system.
4. That the removal of land use restrictions previously
imposed be for a period of 18 months.
APPROVED by the City Council on the ;~ reading this 2~
day of August, 1977
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this ~day of August, 1977.
