ORDINANCE NO. ~
AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2457
(1961), to include the prohibition against
cruelty to animals.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 2457 (1961) hereby is
amended by adding a new section as follows:
Section/~: It shall be unlawful for any person
to mistreat any dog, cat or other animal so as to impair the
health or safety of such dog, cat or other animal.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authen-
