ORDINANCE NO. 93 ~ YED WRIGHT
AN ORDINANCE amending the Land Use Restrictions
and Site Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 3235.
(CYR - TEMPIO).
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the Land Use Restrictions (Site Plan)
adopted by the City of Bremerton in Ordinance No. 3235 is amended
to comply with the SITE P~N presented to City Council on June 15,
1977 a copy of which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A"
and the restrictions enumerated in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3235
are ~ended to read as follows:
1. The refuse area is to be located in the SE corner
of the site.
2. No access is to be created between the site and 5th
Street.
3. A view reducing screen fence not less than 4 feet
in height shall be placed along the south and west property lines.
4. No access shall be all~ed from the west bound lanes
of 6th Street. Center line curbing to prohibit left turns into the
site shall be installed at the expense of the developer.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
/3~ day of July, 1977.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this ~0~ day of July, 1977.
