ORDINANCS NO. 33 3
AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps
according to Ordinance No. 1792 (GEORGE
VANDERPOOL).
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV, Chap-
ter I thereof as follows:
Lots 39 through 44, Block 3,
Terrell's Addition to Charleston.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Residential-Two (R-2), subject to the following restrictions:
1. That the s~e~be,~d~vel°Ped essentially in accordance
with the site plan presented, attached hereto marked Exhibit "A".
2. That the building roof height shall not extend more
than 24 inches above the southwest corner of Lot 5, Block 3,
Terrell's Addition.
3. That the madrona tree at the southwest corner of the
Vanderpool property shall be removed.
4. That all ingress and egress shall be off of Wycoff
Street.
5. That natural screening shall be installed at the west
edge of the site.
6. That a minimum of 22 parking spaces be provided.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
