AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3036 as Y
amended by Ordinance No. 3195 by amending the
land use restrictions as they apply to Lots 3
and 4 described therein. (SPITZER / STARK /
BROWN).
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the Land Use Restrictions adopted by the
City of Bremerton in Ordinance No. 3036 as amended by Ordinance No.
3195 for that portion of the therein described property as~follows:
Eden Va~'~y ' ~ddition
shall be amended bY. the reP~i.]..of ~ubsections 1 through
7 and the addition of a new s(1]~eetion 1 to read as follows:
Sub-Section 1, That.-use shall be restricted to office
space only and that nO use shall be established whose primary func-
tion is retai~ or w~le,~e~,.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
