THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES O~AIN:
Section 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter I thereof as fol~ow~

1. That the ~if~.~:.b~ ~[~ped for multifamily residential
use as an integral part.of-~ ~e~elopment of the former "Kenyon"
property (Lot 3, Blk. 4, smi~'!~ Warren Acre Tracts).
2. That building ~ht on this site shall not exceed
four stories.

ment of new fire hydrants~.~.~:~ ~e upgraded by the developer to
the satisfaction of the F~'~/~'~ment. Also, the moorage access
and the placement of dry standpipes within the moorage area shall
be approved by the Fire Department..

improved by the developer to the satisfaction of the Engineering
Department to accommodate expected ~edestrian and vehicular traffic.
