THE CITY OF BRE~RTON DOES HE'BY ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordiance No. 3147 Sec. 4(1) 1974,
which is codified as BMC 15.04.560 is amended to read:
(a) Sewer service charges, connection charges,
construction charges together with any other charges levied in
accordance with this chapter shall be a lien on the property to
which the sewer service has been made available; which lien
shall be superior to all other liens and encu~rances except
those for general taxes and local and special assessments.
(b) Any such charge not paid before delinquency shall
give the City the right, and the water superintendent the duty,
to shut off the water service to the premises for which such
charge is delinquent.
(c) If any such charges ~at are provided for in this

~- '~. the City of Bremerton may file a lien at the office of the
County Clerk for Kitsap County against the property for which the
service was made available. Such lien shall include the delinquent
charges, a charge of five dollars ($5.00) for the cost of preparing
said lien and the filing fee for filing said lien with the office
of the County Clerk.
