AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps
aCCording to Ordinance No. 1792(BERG~UIST-WHIT~EY).
THE CITY OF BREMERTOR DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter I thereof as follows:
Lot No. 1, Block 6 amended plat of the Fourth
Addition to Sheridan Park, as per plat recorded in
Volume 9 of Plats, page 1,2, and 3, Records of
Kitsap qounty, Situate in Kitsap County, Washington.
be and the same h~reby is reclassified from Residential-One(R-l)
to Residential-Two(R-2), s~bject to the following restrictions:
1. That there be no more than four units on the site.
2. That the site plan be revised so that cars will exit
from the parking area in a forward motion2.
3. That requirements for view-reducing screening around
off street parking areas be implemented.
