THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
~. ~ Section 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance No

1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV, Chap-
ter I thereof as follows:
That portion of Lots 14, 15, 16, 17, 21, 22, 23,
24, and 25, Block A, Plat of Oyster Bay Addition to Port
Orchard Navy Yard, as per Plat recorded in Vol. 2 of
Plats, Page 63, records of Kitsap County, WA. lying
Southeasterly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the West line of said Block
A, 40 feet North of the Southwest corner thereof; thence
Northeasterly along a straight line to a point on the
East line of said Block A a distance of 232 feet North of
the Southeast corner of said Block A and the terminus of
said line.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Business Three (B-3) subject to the following restrictions:
1. That the site be developed in accordance with site
plan marked Exhibit B.
2. That the height be limited to 3Q feet.
