AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3147
and providing for sewer service charges
to commence upon connection to the sewer.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 4 (H) (2) (a) of Ordinance 3147 (Muni-
cipal Code 15.04.550 (b) (1)) is amended to read:
"(a) Sewer service charges are payable from the date
the property is connected to the sewer."
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
