Planning ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE amending the use and-area maps
according to Ordinance No. 1792 as amended
by Ordinance No. 3146 (DICK)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792 as amended by Ordinance No. 3146, be and hereby are, amended
in conformity with Title IV, Chapter 1 of Ordinance No. 1792, as
follows:
A portion of Lots 155 and 156, and all of Lot
157, First Addition to Sheridan Park, according
to plat recorded in Volume 8 of Plats, pages
23, 24 and 25 in Kitsap County, Washington, and
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northeasterly side of
Hemlock Street, said point being the corner common
to Lots 156 and 157, as delineated on said plat
and being a point on a curve concave to the south-
west having a radius of 593.56 feet, a radial line
through said point bears south 43014'48'' west
thence Northwesterly along said curve a distance
of 24.49 feet to a point the center of which bears
south 40.52'58" west thence north 13006'36'' East
154.54 feet to a point which lies north 13006'36''
east 1.63 feet from a point on the common line
between said Lots 156 and 155; thence north 58006'36''
east a distance of 65.15 feet, more or less, to a
point on the southwesterly line of State Highway
No. 21-B, as said highway is delineated on said
plat, said'point being on a curve concave to the
northeast and having a radius of 746.30 feet, the
center of said curve bears north 60021'26'' east from
said point; thence southeasterly along said curve
a distance of 94.05 feet to a point which is the
corner common to said Lots 156 and 157; thence south
45~13'32" west 174.32 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT TO:
Easement and permit for the purpose of operating,
maintaining and repairing an electrical distribution
system along, across and over said premises and other
property, as granted to Puget Sound Power & Light
Company, a Massachusetts corporation, by instrument
recorded October 14, 1948, AUditor's File No. 477801.
Easement for water pipes as delineated on the map
of First Addition to Sheridan park,
Be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential Two (R-2)
to Business Two (B-2) subject to the following restrictions:
(1) The site shall be developed according to the Site
Plan attached hereto and marked Exhibit A, with access being on
Wheaton Way only;
(2) The site shall be used only for an office building,
not for any commercial or retail establishment;
(3) Trees presently on the site are to be retained ac-
cording to a plan to be submitted to the City of Br~merton Planning
Department. No building permit shall be issued p~ior,~to submission
and approval of said plan.
