(Rainier Bank Alley Vacation)
of an alley.
THE CITY OF BREME~TON DOES ORDAIN:
Ordinance NO. 3127 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Bremerton
in its regular session of April 10, 1974, by motion declared their
approval of the recommendation of the Planning Commission to vacate
the alley described as follows:
That certain parcel described as follows:
commencing at a point 137~eet west and
30 feet north of the intersection of the
centerlines of Pacific Avenue and sixth
street; thence north 200 feet to the
south margin of Seventh Street; thence
west along the south margin of Seventh
Street 1~ feet; thence south 200 feet
to the nor~ margin of sixth Street;
thence east 14 feet to the point of be-
ginning. Ail of said tract being loca-
ted in Government Lot 2, Section 13,
Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M.,
Kitsap County Washington.
AND
That certain parcel described as follows:
That part of Government Lot 2, Section
13, Township 24 North; Range 1 East W.M.
demcribed as follows: Beginning 658 feet
east and 123.5 feet north of the south-
west corner of said Lot 2; thence North
20.5 feet; thence West 94 feet; thence
south 20.5 feet; thence east 94 feet to
the point of beginning.
Section 2. That Rll of the above described portions of
the alley be, and hereby are, declared vacated.
Section 3. That the City Clerk is directed to certify
a copy of this Ordinance and to file the same for recording with
the Auditor of Kitsap County, Washington.
APPROVED on first reading this I~~'~ day of February, 1977.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentica-
tion of such passage this~g-~ day of February, 1977.
