District No. 320, providing for the improvement of the Alley running from 12th to
Between ElizabeCh and Warren Avenue as described in Ordinance ~229 providing for
the levying and assessing for the costs and expenses thereof against the parcels
and lots of land within the boundaries of said .improvement district; providing for
the collection thereof; creating and establishing a special fund therefore; and
fixing the date for the issuance of bonds, warrants, or installment notes in
payment thereof.
7HE CITY OF BRF~RTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. ~mt the Assessment Roll for Local Improvement District No.
providing for the .improvement of said Area by Grading and Paving, together with
the doing of any and all work in connection ~_herewith as may be necessary to make
such improvement a c,omplete job, all in accordance with the plarm and specifi- ·
cations on file in the Office of the City -Engineer and as provided by Ordinance
No. ~229~ the-same is hereby approved and Confirmed.
Section 2. That each parcel and lot of land or part thereof, as shown in
said assessment roll is specially benefited by said .improvement and that there
be and is hereby assessed against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof
and other property contained in said .improvement district as sho)~n in said roll,
including any property belonging to the City of Bremerton and the respective
amounts .in said roll set against each parcel and lot of lm~d and or part thereof
and other property betn,:een the termini of said .improvement, abutting upon, adjacent
or proximate to said improvement, and ~uch amounts so assessed are hereby declared
to be first lien against each parcel or lot or part thereof against which the same
is assessed in said roll.
Section 3. That for the purpose of this improvement there is hereby created
and established a special fund to be tmo~.m as "Local Improvement Fund District
No. 32(1. Bonds, warrants, or installment notes bearing interest at ~
shall be issued in serial' numbers from one (1) to
many as may be necessary to provide for the uncollected Portion of said district
on the date hereinafter fixed, to be in denominations of ~0. o__~ bonds,warrants,
or irmtallment notes each, except the first which shall be for such fractional part
of'$,~'~ ~' as may be remaining unpaid on said date, payable from said "Local
· Improvement Fund District No. 320".
Section 4. 71mt the /y~'ff day. of /~/~f~/Z 1977, be and the same is
hereby' f.Lxed for the date of issuance and sale of bonds, warrants, or installment
notes to be issued on account of said improvement.
Section S. ~at this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately
after its passage ~nd publication as provided by
