AN ORDINANCE amending the Land Use Re-
strictions (Site Plan) adopted by Ordinance
No. 3259. (L^NG/ARROY0)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: That the Land Use Restrictions (Site
Plan) adopted by the City of Bremerton in Ordinance No. 3259
is amended to comply with the SITE PLAN termed Exhibit "B",
a copy of which is attached hereto, and is subject to the
additional conditions:
1. An earthen planting berm not less than 2 1/2 ft.
in height above the grade of the parking
area and drives be developed along the en-
tire west property'line except where it
might interfere with safe visibility.
2. The northern property line be fenced to a
height of not less than 4 ft. to conceal
the northemmost parking area.
APPROVED by the City Council on ~ ]~-~ reading
this~ day of January, 1977.
PASSED by the ~ity Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested bY the City Clerk in authenti-
cation of such passage this day of &aanna~f, 1977.
