AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance 3290 amending
the use and area maps according to Ordinance
No. 1792 (SCHUYLER).
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN~
SECTION 1. That the restrictions accompanying the
reclassification of the following described property:
That portion of Government Lots 1 & 2, Section
11, Township 24 North, Range one East, W.M.,
KitsaQ County, Washington, described as follows~
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said
Government Lot 1~ thence South 88°06'00''
East along the North margin thereof 1328.35
feet to the Northeast corner of said Government
Lot 1~ thence South l°~9'50" West along the
East margin of said Government Lot 1, 1515.92
feet? thence South 88~06'00" East 121.60 feet
to the true point of beginning~-thence North
88°06' West 448.90' to a point? thence North
1°09'50'' East 45.35' to a point; thence South
60057'30" West to the Northeast right of way
line of County Road 27, thence Southeast along
the Northeast right of way line of said Counter
Road to its intersection with the Northwest
right of way line of Sheridan Road thence North-
east along the Northwest right of way line of
Sheridan Road to a point which bears South
0057'30'' West 186.00 feet from true point of
beginning~ thence North 0057'30" East 186.00
feet to the true ~oint of beginning.
from Residential One (R-l) to Residential Two (R-2) according to
Ordinance No. 3290 be changed to read as follows:
1. Development of the site shall be essentially the
same as the site ~lan attached hereto marked "Exhibit B", dated
12/28/76.
2. Vegetation along the sloDe on the southwest side of
the site shall be maintained and augmented to insure sloDe sta-
bilitv and to maintain the natural character of the slope.
3. The large madrona trees on the southeast side of the
site will remain until such time as they are declared a hazard.
4. Owner is encouraged to dedicate the propertv between
Tracyton Beach Road and the shoreline to the City of Bremerton for
inclusion in the Lions Community Plavfield / Tracyton Beach recre-
ation area.
5. Access should be controlled, particularly at the in-
tersection of Lebo, Sheridan and Tracyton Beach Road, with approval
of ingress and egress by Police-Traffic and ~ngineering Departments.
