AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3271
as a~ended by Ordinances 3278, 3312, &
3329 appropriating additional funds for
the year 1976, and declaring an emergency,
THE CITY OF BRENERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That Section 19 through 22 are hereby added to
Ordinance No. 3271 as follows:
SECTION 19.Based on unanticipated revenues the Small Stores Fund
is increased by $?00.00.
SECTION 20. Based on ananticipated revenues the Equipment Rental
Operating Fund is increased by $2,200.00.
SECTION 21. Based on unanticipated revenues the Equipm~nt Rental
Reserve Fund is increased by $10,000.00.
SECTION 22. The a~ount of $25,000.00 budgeted in Cumulative Reserve
for General M~nicipal Purposes is transferred to the Hunicipal Transit
Fund.
SECTION 2. There exists, and is hereby declared to exist, andemergency,
and this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
pease, health or safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and shall be in full
force and effect iamediately upon passage and publication.
