AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792
(Wheaton & Marlow)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter
I, thereof as follows:
Part of the East Three Hundred Twenty (320) feet of
Block Two (2), Tract Four (4), Decatur Acre Tracts,
Kitsap Count~ Washington, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning South 87°54'07'' East Twenty-five (25) feet
from a point where the North line of Block Two (2),
Tract Four (4), Decatur Acre Tracts intersects the
center line of Marlowe Avenue; thence South 34°41'01''
East 177.28 feet; thence North 87o54'07'' West 104.54
feet; thence North l°26'53'' East 142 feet to
beginning
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-Two (R-2)
to Business-Two (B-2).
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
