AN ORDIN~-NCE amending the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792
(Seattle-First National Bank).
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter
I thereof as follows:
A. S.W. Corner of 6th and Warren Avenue, Lots
21 and 22, Block 24, Town of Bremerton be and
the same hereby is reclassified from Commercial
("C") to Business-Three (B-3).
B. .~S.W. corner of 6th and Warren Avenue, Lots 23
and 24, Block 24, Town of Bremerton be and
the same hereby is reclassified from Business-
Three (B-3) with no restrictions to Business-
Three (B-3) .
C. S.W. Corner of 6th and Warren Avenue, Lots 25
and 26 and East 10' of Lot 27, Block 24, Town
of Bremerton be and the same hereby is reclassi-
fied from Residential-One (R-l) to Business-
Three (B-3) .
SECTION 2. That the reclassifications in Section 1
~A, B and C are subject to the following restrictions:
A. The site be developed essentially the same as the
site plan including indicating fencing and landscaping.
B. All access and driveways should be developed as
approved by the City Engineer and Police-Traffic Division.
C. Upon the demolition of the residence in the south-
western corner of the site, no other use shall be established at
that point except a standard parking area or landscaping.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
day of , 1978.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentica-
