ORDINANCE NO. ~. ~"O Bremerton Sun~
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bremerton
amending Ordinance No. 3402 as amended
· by Ordinance Nos. 3423 and 3443, appro-
priating additional funds for the year
1978, and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That Sections 14 through 18 are hereby added to
Ordinance No. 3402 as amended by Ordinances 3423 and 3443 as follows:
SECTION 14: Additional estimated revenues and expenditures
for the year 1978. Unanticipated revenues and expenditures for the
several funds of the City, as listed, are here'by budgeted for the year
1978. These revenues and expenditures are itemized on attachment "A"
which is hereby made a part of this ordinance and adopted by reference:

SECTION 15. Unappropriated cash on hand in Fund OO1 General
in the amount of $110,OOO.OO is hereby appropriated for transfer.
SECTION 16. Unappropriated cash on hand in Fund 002 C.R.
General Municipa] Purposes in the amount oI $50,000.00 is hereby
appropropriated for expenditure.
SECTION 17. Unappropriated cash on hand in Fund 108 Counter-
cyclical in the amount of $59,300.00 is hereby appropriated for expenditure.
SECTION 18. Unappropriated cash on band in Fund 604 Fire Pension
in the amount of $9,000.00 is hereby appropriated for expenditure.
SECTION 2. This ordinance is an emergency ordinance necessary
for the public welfare and shall take effect immediately following passage
and publication.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
