AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792, as
amended. (Strassberg/Lary)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter
I thereof, as follows:
That portion of the NE quarter of the NE quarter
of Section 15, Township 24 North, Range 1 East,
W.M. in Kitsap County, WA described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center lines
of 15th Street and Callow Ave. N. thence North 0°16'04''
East 20 feet along the centerline of said Callow Ave.
N., thence along the North line of '15th Street, North
89°53'56'' West 150.00 feet; thence North 0°18'00'' East
122.36 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
North 89053'56`' West 91.57 feet along the north line
of those tracts conveyed by instruments recorded
under AP#989814 and 851456; thence South 0°18'00''
West 49.50 feet to the South line of that tract
conveyed by AP989814; thence South 89053'56'' East
91.57 feet to a point South 0°18'00'' West 49.50
feet from the true point of beginning; thence North
89053'56'' West 49.50 feet to the true point of beginn-
ing. NE of corner of 15th and Wycoff;
be and the same hereby is classified from Residential One (R-l) and
Commercial (C) to Business-One (B-l), subject to the following
conditions:
1. The site shall be developed as an integral part of the
development proposal and plan attached and submitted with the
application except as that plan is modified by the following condi-
tions.
2. The front yard setback shall be established by the City
Engineer to ensure safe sight distance for vehicular traffic leaving
the parking area and traveling on 15th Street.
3. That portion of the parking area which extends into the
residential area to the North shall be fenced or otherwise screened

to provide a visual barrier between the parking area and neighboring
residences.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
