AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792 as
amended. (
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area m~ps of Ordinance No.
1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter
1, thereof as follows:
Lots 5, 6, 16, 17, 18, Block 2, Third
Addition to Sheridan Park,
be and the same hereby are classified from Residential-One (R-l) to
Business Two (B-2) subject to the following conditions:
1. The site to be developed essentially as shown on ~:he
site plan;
2. Access to Wheaton Way to be dete.rm~ned u?on a~.~?~oval
of the City Engineer and Police-Traffic Division;
3. Main structure on the site shall be located in the
southwest portion of the site;
4. No vehicular access shall be provided to Cherry Court;
5. Screening along east and north property line as re-
quired by ordJnance.
