~N ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792,
as amended. (Brandt)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance
1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV~
Chapter Ir thereof as follows:
1446 15th Street~ bein9 further described as
the South 100.96 feet of the followin9 described
main tract: Portion of Gov't Lot 2, Sec. 14~ T24N~
R1E~ W.M.~ described as follows: Beginning at a
point 15' North and 152.58' East and 157.16'
North of the Southwest corner of said Gov't Lot
which is the true point of bewinning; thence East
85.42': thence South 157.16'; thence West
thence North 157.16' to the true point of
beginning. Situate in Kitsap County~ Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential one (R-l)
to Residential Two (R-2)~ subject to the followin9 restrictions:
1. That the four-plex be built as a condominium and
no sale of more than one unit to any individual or corporate
company be allowed.
2. That a tree barrier be placed on the north and south
sides of the parcel.
3. That the road be paved to City of Bremerton
standards.
4. That the property be connected to the City of
B~emerton sewer.
5. That the applicant will install a street light.
6. That a five foot easement be granted the width
of the property for the purpose of installation of sidewalks.
?. ~hat the applicant install fire alarms in the out-
side hallway on levels one and two.
8. That the applicant install wet stand pipes in a
91ass case in the outside hallway on levels one and two.

9. That an approved road access be provided to allow for
ingress and egress of the Fire Department's equipment.
