~fN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792 as
amended and 9ranting a variance of
Section 718 of Ordinance No. 1792.
(Navy Yard Metal Trades Credit
Union),
THE CITY OF BRE~RTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter 1, thereof as follows:
Lots 5 and 6, Block 21, Town of Bremerton
be and the same hereby is classified from Residential-Two (R-2)
to Business-Three (B-3) subject to the following conditions:
1. The site to be developed for a parking lot in
accordance with the modified site plan.
2. That the rezone be subject to its utilization as a
designated parking lot.
SECTION 2. That a variance be granted from Section 718
of Ordinance No. 1792 subject to the following condition:
1. That at least three feet of beautification be
provided on the street.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authenti-
