AN ORDINANCE amending the Land Use
Restrictions adopted by Ordinance
No. 3251 (Islam)
THE ,,IT5 OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SEdiTION 1. That the Land Use Restrictions adopted by the
City of Bremerton in Ordinance No. 3251, Section 1, for that portion
of the therein described property as follows:
Lot 19, Block 2, Third Addition to
Sheridan Park as per plat recorded
in Volume 8 of Plats, Page 64,
records of Kitsap County; Situate
in Kitsap County, Washington'
shall be amended for that parcel to allow Lot 19 to be used ~or
Harrison Memorial HOspital temporary parking for a two-year period
from the date of approval of this ordinance and at the end of this
two-year period to revert back to parking for Bridgeview Medical
Center as provided in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 325~.
APPROVED by the City Commissioners on the first reading this
26th day of September, 1978.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
