AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No.
3171 ~1, codified as BMC 17.48.010
and Adopting the Uniform Mechanical
Code, 1976 Edition.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 3171§1 which is codified as
BMC 17.48.010 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. The Uniform Mechanical Code, 1976 Edition
published by the International Conference of Building Officials
is hereby adopted in its entirety, including Related Standards
and Appendices.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
