ORDINANCE NO. _~ ~_
AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No.
3265 relating to the Electrical Code.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section VI, Subsection 1 of Ordinance
No. 3265 (BMC 17.32.060(a)) be amended as follows:
1. All new electric wiring, apparatus and fixtures in,
on or about buildings and other structures, within the provisions
of this ordinance in the City of Bremerton, shall be governed by
and conform to the rules and regulations as laid down by the 1978
National Code except where specifically modified by this Ordinance.
Three copies shall be filed with the City Clerk of the City of
Bremerton and said date of filing shall constitute the date of
adoption of the Code Edition. All such electrical wiring,
apparatus and fixtures shall be installed in accordance with the
requirements of this Ordinance.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
