AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792,
as amended. (Bremer)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter I, thereof as follows:
Lots 14 and 15, Block 1, Nel's Nelson Addition
to the Town of Bremerton (829-833, 7th Street).
be and the same is hereby reclassified from Residential-Two
(R-2) to BusineSs-Three (B-3) subject to the following condition:
1. The site to be developed for a parking facility to
be in conformance with the zoning ordinance requirements for off-
street parking areas, except for variance under Section 718.
APPROVED by the City Commissioners on the first reading
