AN ORDINANCE amending the Land Use
Restrictions adopted by Ordinance
No. 3414, Section 1, Sub-sections
4 and 5 (Hackler).
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the Land Use Restriction adoPted by
the City of Bremerton in Ordinance No. 3414, Section 1, Sub-section
4, be amended to read as follows:
4. With the exception of the eastern 70 feet, the site
shall be accessible to the residents of the multi-family structure
for outdoor recreational activities.
SECTION 2. That the Land Use Restriction adopted by
the City of Bremerton in Ordinance No. 3414, Section 1, Sub-section
5, be amended to read as follows:
5. The western building setback line shall not be less
than 15 feet as measured from the building wall and foundation
except that eaves and decks may extend not closer than 10 feet to
the western property line.
APPROVED by the City Commissioners on the first reading
