CRDINANCE NO. 3462
AN ORDINANCE establishing a special
reserve fund to be known as "Self
Insurance Workmen's Compensation
Fund" and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That a special reserve shall be established
and known as "Self Insurance Workmen's Compensation Fund".
SECTION 2. That such special reserve shall be in the
amount of One Hundred Thousand ($100,OOO.O0) Dollars.
SECTION 3. This ordinance is an emergency ordinance
necessary for the City of Bremerton to continue coverage of its
workers' compensation liability without lapse, necessary for the
protection of the public welfare and shall take effect immediately
following passage and publication.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton~
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 19th day of September, 1978.
