AN ORDINANCE providing a procedure
for record keeping for employment
applicants and amending ordinance
3447.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section VII(a) of the City of Bremerton's
Affirmative Action Plan which is incorporated by reference
into Ordinance 3447 is hereby amended to read as follows:
VII RECORD KEEPING
(a) The Affirmative Action Officer
shall maintain detailed records regarding
selection and appointments in all City
Departments; including confidential
records relating to ~an applicant's race,
color, national origin and sex, in
accordance with Washington Administrative
Code 162-12-170.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first

PASSED by the City. Council of the City of
Bremerton~, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
