AN ORDINANCE amending the Land Use
Restrictions adopted by Ordinance
No. 3036 as amended by Ordinance No.
3195 as they apply to the property
described herein (Sleasman).
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the Land Use Restrictions adopted by the
City of Bremrton in Ordinance No. 3036 as amended by Ordinance No. 3195
for that portion of the therein described property as follows:
Lots 1 and 2, Eden Valley Addition
as per plat recorded in Volume 7 of
Plats, Page 50, records of Kitsap
County and that portion of the SW
quarter of the NE quarter of the SE
quarter of Section 2, Township 24 N,
Range 1 E., W.M.,in Kitsap County,
WA, described as follows: Beginning
at a point 30 feet N o~ the SE corner
of the SW quarter of the NE quarter
of the SE quarter of said Section 1;
thence N 1OO feet, thence W 75 feet,
thence S 1OO feet; thence E 75 feet
to. the point of beginning; except road.
shall be amended by the repeal o{ subsections 1 through 7 and hhe. addition
of a new subsection ! to read as follows:
1. The site shall be developed for office uses and/or less
intensive uses, and no use shall be established whose primary function
is retail or wholesale sales.
APPROVED by the City Commissioners of the City of B'remerton
