An Ordinance amending the Land Use
Restrictions, ado~ed by Ordinance No.
3022 and 2929,~c~rded under Auditors
File No. 996547 (ROBINSON)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN
Section 1. That the Land Use Restrictions adopted by
/and
Ordinance 3022 and 2929, recorded under Auditors File No. 996547
be and hereby are amended to read as follows:
1. The site shall be developed essentially the same as
the site plan submitted and made a part of this action.
2. The principal business use of the'property shall be
that of offices. Limited retail uses will be allowed which
provide goods and services to the tenant offices or their clients.
Examples of the type of retail use allowed would be a perscrip-
tion service supporting doctors' offices or an optician's office
supporting an eye clinic.
3. All storm drainage and sanitary sewage shall be
directed to Kitsap Way and to the east to connect existing sewer
lines as required by the City Engineer, at the developer's cost.
4. As much of the existing vegetation as can reason-
ably be retained in the greenbelt and landscape areas shall be
retained. Other slope and setback areas shall be planted as
indicated on the plan.
5. Access to and from Kitsap Way from the parking
area shall be a one-way arrangement as suggested by the City
Engineer, one-way entrance at the eastern drive and one-way exit
at the western drive.
