AN QRDINANCE granting vacation of
ri~ht-of-way. (BARNARD)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES. ORDAIN:
Section 1. That a right-of-way vacation be granted
on real property described as follows:
A portion of Kitsap Way right-of-
way located south of Crawford Drive
in Bremerton, Washington, being a ~
vacant area about 20' by 40' with
approximately 40' fronting on
Kitsap Way and 20' fronting on
Crawford Drive.
and the same hereby is granted subject to the following
conditions:
1. This vacation is subject to any existing utility
easements·
2. Pursuant to RCW 47.24.020, paragraph 5 and
other applicable laws and Ordinances, the applicant ROSS
BARNARD of P.O. Box 424, Tracyton, Washington shall pay the
City one half of the appraised value of the property, said sum
being $492.00 which is one half of the appraised value of
$984.00. Attached and incorporated by reference is a copy of
the appraisel.
