AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps of Ordinance
1792 (PETTIBON)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance 1792
be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter I,
thereof as follows:
1020 Pearl Street (north side of Pearl
Street, 400 to 500' west of Wheaton Way) further
described as Lot 5 Waltenburgs Addition to
Bremerton
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential One (R-i)
to Business Two (B-2), subject to the following restrictions:
1. The site to be developed generally in accordance
with the site plan as modified to meet ordinance requirements and
parking layout requirements.
2. Screening to meet ordinance requirements on the
east side and a five foot obscuring screen on the north side
abutting the R-2 zen±rig.
APPROVED by the City Council on the] 1 reading this
day of D0~S-~ , 1978.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentica-
