AN ~RDINANCE amendin9 the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792.

THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and hereby are am~naed in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter I, thereof as follows:
An area described as 1527, 1531,
1535, 1537, and 1541 6th Street in
Bremerton, Washington, further
described as the West 15' of Lot 3,
Lot 4, 5, 6, 7, E 31 ft. of N. 69
ft. Lot $, Blk. 1, Hesser's 1st
Addition to Bremerton.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential One
(R-l) to Business Three (B-3), subject to the following
restrictions:
1. The site shall be developed essentially as
shown on the 6/19/78 C. R. Gelman Site Plan (which is hereby
made a part of this rezone action);
2. In order to preserve the dominate residential
character of this block and the alley which serves the block,
no access shall be allowed from the $i%~ to the alley to the
south;
3. A screen fence not less than eight feet in
height (could include a chain link fence with full slats)
shall be built along the entire southern property line to
orovide a noise barrier between the residences on 5th Street,
the traffic on 6th Street, and the service area activity~
4. Ail outdoor lighting shall be directed away
from residential areas and shall be of reasonable height to
not,~ecessarily disturb nearby residential arcas;
5. Driveway access to 6th Street shall be
limited to two and shall be aligned with existing driveways
across 6th Street if feasible.

6. Each driveway shall be ].4mited to one way access
to limit traffic hazards and shall be signed as such in a
method approved by.the City.
7. There shall be designated and signed as cus-.
tomer parking that number of stalls required by Section 715,
Ordinance No. 1792 as amended.
