AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps of Ord±nance No. 1792
(Haselwood-Datsun)
THE CITY OP BREMER?ON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title Iv,
Chpater I, thereof as follows:
An area in the 2100 bloc~ south side
of 6th Street in Bremerton, Washington,
consisting of parcels 86-7, 86-8, 86-9,
87-1, 87-2, 87-3 of Houstons
Addition.

be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential One
(R-l) to Business Three (B-3), subject to the following
restriction s:
1. A six (6) foot solid fence is to be erected
along the ~OU~h ~O~W~ Ji~.
2. The site be developed essentially the same as
the site plan presented at the Planning Commission and City
Council Hearings.
3. Access to 6th Street be limited to one access
drive which is aligned with an existing access drive on the
north side of 6th Street.
4. A screen fence of not less than 4 feet shall be
erected along the west property line except where it may
interfere with pedestrian or vehicular safety.
5. All outdoor lighting shall be directed away
from residential areas and shall be of reasonable height
not unecessarily disturb nearby residential areas.
