AN ORDINANCE closing a special fund
and providing for disposition of the
fund balance.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. The cash balance in Fund 103, Special Motor
Vehicle Excise Tax Fund for Transit Purposes, shall be transferred
to Fund No. 106~ Municipal Transit.
SECTION 2. The Special Motor Vehicle Tax Fund for Transit
Purposes, having served its purposed shall be closed.
APPROVED by the City Commissioners on the first reading this
day of ~ , 1978.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this ~"~ day of JV~Y , 1978.
