AN ORDINANCE granting vacation of a Planningj
right-of-way. (F¢~
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That a right-of-way vacation be granted
on real property described as follows:
That portion of Lots 33, 34, and 35, Block A,
Oyster Bay Addition, as recorded in Vol. 2,
Page 63, Kitsap County, Washington, as deed
to the State of Washington in 1942 for Primary
State Highway No. 21;
EXCEPT that portion lying within S0 ft. of the
centerline as established by the State of
Washington Highway Dept. June 27, 1942.
and the same hereby is granted subject to the following conditions:
1. That an easement be granted to adjoining property
owners to allow access behind their buildings to their business.
2. That the City of Bremerton will not vacate any
present easements for utilities on the real property described
above.
APPROVED by the City Council on the
