· AN ORDINANCE establishing a cha~ge for hand-
delivered notices of delinquency of a water bill.
THE CITY OF BRBMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. When a water bill shall become
delinquent and the water department sends an employee to
the premises during normal working hours for the purpose
of hanging a written notice on the door, there shall be
a charge of two dollars ($2.00) added to the bill.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading

PASSED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this ~O~--N day of
May, 1978.
