AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area
area maps according to Ordinance No. 1792
(Bremerton Housing Authority)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter I thereof as follows:
"The area bounded (generally) on the North
by Kitsap Way (State Highway 21); on the
East b~ Oyster Bay Avenue; on the South by
Arsenal Way: on the Southwest and Northwest
(running diagonally) by State Highway 3
right-of-way; and on the extreme west by
Arsenal Way, forming a roughly triangular
shaped tract of land approximately plus or
minus 60 acres; excluding property zoned
Manufacturing under Ordinance 2741 and tax
lot #162-4-059-2001."
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential One
(R-l) to Residential Two (R-2.)_, subject to the following
restrictions:
1. There shall be no ingress from nor any egress
to Kitsap Way from and to the site.
2. Any change in density must be accompanied by
presentation of a new site plan and is subject to City approval.
3. The use must remain consistent with the submitted
site plan.
