ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area
maps according to Ordinance No. 1792 (MILLS).
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDIAN:
Section 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter I thereof as follows:
Lot 1 and North 1/2 Lot 2, Block 2,
Berry H. Hurts Addn. to Bremerton as
per plat recorded in Vol. 3 of Plats
p. 28, Records of Kitsap County,
except that portion thereof conveyed
to the City of Bremerton by deed
bearing Auditor's~.file #103 4311.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Residential-Two (R-2)., subject to the following restrictions:
1. The property shall be developed only in
conformance with the site plan.
APPROVED by the City Council on the
