AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area
maps of Ordinance No. 1792 (HARRIS).
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter I, thereof as follows:
An area approximately located between
2915 Eagle Avenue and 2915 Wheaton Way,
West of Lee's Auto Parts being further
described as The W 134 feet of lot
described as Section 11, T24, R1E,
beginning 30 feet W and 580 feet N of
S E corner of N E 1/4 N E 1/4, N 80
feet, W 334 feet, S 80 feet, E 334
feet to beginning.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Business-Two (B-2), subject to the following restrictions:
1. The Business use is restricted to a
driveway for commercial vehicles only and the site shall not be
used for any other Business-Two use.
