ORDINANCE NO. ~ 7
AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2815 and
adopting the 1976 Edition of the Life Safety Code
of the National Fire Protection Association,
Appendices A and B included therein.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2815 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
SECTION 1. That a certain document, three copies of
which are on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City.
of Bremerton, being mgrked and designated as a Building Exits
Code, the 1976 Edition of the Life Safety Code, Appendices A and
B included therein, of the National Fire Protection Association
and as the same may be amended; be, and the same hereby is, adopted
as the Building Exits Code of the City of Bremerton, providing
for the number, size and position of exit facilities of buildings
for construction and protection; protecting life from fire, smoke
or panic and establishing a standard system of building exits in
the City of Bremerton; and each and all of the regulations, provisions,
conditions and terms contained therein are hereby referred to,
adopted and made a part hereof as though fully set out in this
Ordinance.
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
