AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3361

tempoPary license issued bv the City Clerk.

SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3361 (Bremerton
Municipal Code §5.54.020) is amended to read:
LICENSE REQUIRED. No person shall operate or permit a
taxicab owned or controlled by him to be operated as a vehicle for hire upon
the streets of the City of Bremerton without first having obtained a license
from the citY Council, which shall be issued by the City Clerk. Provided,
however, the City Clerk may issue a tenporary license which shall be valid
for a period of one calendar quarter. Said temporary license may be renewed
by the City Clerk if the licensee demonstrates that he ~has grossed Thr~e
17~ousand One Hundred and Ninety-Five Dollars ($3,195.00) per month from the
operation of the taxicab for which said temporary license was issued. In
the event said operation does not gross the sum of Three Thousand One Hundred
then said temporary license shall not be
