AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps according to Ordinance
No. 1792 (Foster/Brown~).
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1.
That the use and area maps of Ordinance No. 1792
be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter I thereof as follows:
East side of Eagle Avenue 'near intersection
of Sheridan Road 'and Wheaton Way being
further described as: That portion of the
NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of SeCtion 11, T24N
RIE, W.M., described as follows: Beginning
at a point 480 feet N and 230 feet W of the
SE corner of said NE quarter of the NE 1/4;
thence W 134 feet; thence S 150 feet; thence
E 134 feet; thence N 150 feet to the Point of
Beginning; Except Eagle Avenue Situate in
Kitsap County, Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential One
(R-i~ tO Business Two (B-2~, subject to the 'following
restrictions:
1. The site be developed as per the site plans
with no egresses on 29th Street and Eagle Avenue,
with the exception of the necessary fire lanes.
2. Screening in the form of site obscuring~
fencing and landscaping he 'provided along property
lines which abut residential zone.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
