AN ORDINANCE amending the use
and area maps according to
Ordinance 1792 in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter One thereof
in the following manner.

THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1.
That the use and area maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be
and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter
One thereof as follows:
"That portion of Government Lot 1, Section
14, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M.
in Kitsap County, Washington, described
as follows: Beginning at the southeast
corner of said government lot 1, thence
west along said government lot 1, 430 feet;
thence north parallel to Thompson Drive
30 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence continuing north 299.24 feet; thence
west parallel to 15th Street 145 feet to the
east margin of Thompson Drive; thence
south 299.24 feet to the north margin
of 15th Street; thence east to the true
point of the beginning. (15th and Thompson
Drive)."
be and the same hereby is reclassified from RESIDENTIAL-ONE
(R-l) to BUSINESS-THREE (B-3); subject to the following
restrictions:
1. That the Planning Department of the City of
Bremerton clearly outline the amount, quantity and quality
of the screening to be required~~~d-
2. No covered storage to be located on the site.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
