AN ORDINANCE amending the use
and area maps according to
Ordinance 1792 in conformity
with Title IV, Chapter One,
thereof in the following manner:
(Swiningston).
THE CITY OF BREME'RTON DOES ORDAIN;
SECTI~ON 1.
That the use and land area maps of Ordinance 1792
be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title
Chapter One thereof as follows:
That portion of Government Lot 1, Section
8, Township 24 North, Range ~1 East, W.M.~
in Kitsap County, Washington, described
as follows: BEGI'NNING at a point which
is south 88043'44'' east 102~66 feet
from the northwest corner of the south
half of said government lot 1; thence
south 88043'44'' east 260.67 feet;
thence south 31'38' west 121.8Q feet
to the northeast margin of right of way-
of HighWay No. 21; thence along said
right of way north 58o22' west 93 feet;
thence south 31o38' west 10 feet; thence
north 58o22' west 132 feet to the point
of beginning. EXCEPT portion of S
half of Gov't Lot 1, section 8, township
24 N, range 1 E, W.M., in Kitsap County,
Washington described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the N line of said
S half with its intersection with the NEly
margin of State Highway No. 21; thence S
58o31'05'' E along said NEly margin 80';
thence NEly at right angles to said margin
45', more or less, to the N line of said
S half of-Gov't lot 1; thence N 68°-46!31"
W along said N line 90', more or less,
to the point of beginning.

ONE (R-l) TO BUSINESS-THREE (B-3).
