AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps
according to Ordinance No. 1792 (Bridgeview)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter I thereof as follows:
Lots 3 & 4, Blk. 1, Third Addn. to Sheridan
Park, according to plat recorded in Vol. 8 of
Plats, pages 64, 65, 66 & 67, .in Kitsap County.,
Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Business-Three (B-3), subject to the following restrictions:
1. The site shall be restricted to an accessory
parking lot for employees of the Doctor's Clinic.
2. Access shall be established with ingress only from
Cherry Ave. and ingress and egress from Cherry Place.
3. A landscape and screening plan is to be approved by
the Planning Department prior to issuance of a
building permit.~
